General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Usually after one week of a delayed period, if conception occurred than it can be ruled out by urine pregnancy test. It gives conclusive result after one week. But still I suggest you repeat urine pregnancy test after 4-5 days. If negative then no need to worry about pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
